As a non-governmental organisation in consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council, Soroptimist International has submitted a statement, supported by more than 30 other organisations, detailing recommendations in response to the gendered impacts of climate change, and the need to mainstream gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls in climate action.
