Food organizes the 2021 Food Summit in Parma on 1 September. The event will take place at the Teatro Farnese in Parma in the Pilotta complex and will be dedicated to entrepreneurs and top management levels of the Italian and international distribution, catering and food & beverage industry and to government institutions.
The theme of the event will be “The challenges of the future“; the conference aims to understand what will be the key points and the strategies to be implemented for the success of Italian Food & Beverage in the world; it will also be the occasion to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the FOOD magazine together with all the leading exponents of the industry and distribution.
Stefania Trenti, Head of Industry Research, Intesa Sanpaolo Studies and Research Department, and Gian Marco Salcioli, Head of Strategic Marketing, IMI CIB Division Intesa Sanpaolo, will participate to the opening panel “Challenges and opportunities for the Italian food industry in the next 10 years“.
